I had a sales rep from Dabella come review my roof last week. He quickly told me I had lifting, active leaking, and a support cross sectional joist that was completely cracked and could be up to six figures to fix. He showed me photos of the joist and it was a dramatic crack down the side of the beam. He then quoted me $19k for a new roof on a 900sqft home, and then dropped it down to $14k (for overstock, marketing, flex install, and before and after review discounts). Very pushy sales tactics. Would not take no for an answer. The original estimate for siding of ***** magically came down to *****. Shady let me call my boss

Very similar to others reviews. The person I scheduled with insisted there would be no obligation. When the estimator (read: salesman) came on March 04, he didnt even bring a ladder big enough to get on my roof. He spent an hour taking pictures and walking around in my attic. Our attic is in he master closet. He got insulation all over my husbands clothes and didnt close the attic door all the way.Then he wanted to talk about their product. High pressure sales, tried to change the order on me and give me a different window, installers are not neat, and did not clean after themselves or even clean the windows they just installed. The windows had huge gaps around them so between the frames and trim I have a lot less actual window. Were supposed to install in October, didn't happen until January. Crappy communication.

This company continues to harass my 90 year old father. He has repeatedly declined their services and they have sent representatives to his home and called him multiple times. I called the business to file a complaint and was told that the only way to communicate a customer service issue is through their website and that I should hear from them within 48 hours. Ridiculous. I absolutely do not recommend.

Multiple mis scheduling s and calls to schedule after I was scheduled and had already signed the contract. Could not communicate between departments, then comes the day for my roof to be installed, after waiting and waiting for them to show up I finally got ahold of someone and got told I am not on the schedule. If this company cant even get a simple date and time together there is a serious issue.

I still have a broken window that was installed, one that I am being charged for, and one that is not sealed tight. I've called and called to get them fixedlots of promises no compliances. NO results after 3 months. Dabella makes you sign a promissory note not to *** in order to get anything fixed that they broke. I did get a check for some damages, but NOTHING to pay for the damaged windows that were installed or price adjustments for a window they didn't replace. 3 months later.

Beware of this company. Has very high pressure sales techniques and will not take no for an answer. Sales person extremely rude and crude talking. You are high pressured and are told inaccurate information. A damage reimbursement of $30.00 took 7 months and about 10 phone calls to resolve. The warranty period was not what was told in the initial meeting. It is very difficult to contact and talk with anyone about a problem. Dabella Windows, *********, has been the worse company to deal with it. We ordered 3 windows in July 2022 and 2 of the 3 windows were installed in Sept. 2022. However, the windows weren't the ones we ordered. Then we asked when the 3rd window would be installed and they said it was being ordered. It is now March 2023 and we still have not received the 3rd window and they have not corrected the 2 windows that are installed.
