Problems with Product/Service 10/27/22 ordered French doors. Estimated date of delivery was 1/26/23. Heard nothing after the estimated date so contacted them. Was told it would be few more weeks. 2/23 ******* reached out to schedule door- scheduled for 2/24. I requested they come at 2:30 or after so my husband would be here. Advertising/Sales Issues Door to door knocking. Asked them to stop. They keep coming back and knocking on my door, soliciting their scam services, despite being told to stop each and every time.
Problems with Product/Service TLDR- DaBella Roofing is trying to charge me a 50% increase or $5,500 more than what we signed a contract for.They tried to change a loan amount with a lender without my permission which I'm not sure is illegal but it is certainly unethical.They did not pull a permit as is the requirement by ******** Law Their estimators were there for 2 hours on the roof and in the attic and did not voice any reason to call the price given into question and made a phone call to double check on the contract adde... read more
Problems with Product/Service We signed a gutter installation letter with DaBella in Ocotber of 2020. They were installed. They leaked immediately. We have been emailing and trying to get the leaks fixed since May of 2021. Tickets have "said" to have been created and closed and still no one has been out to fix them. Problems with Product/Service In November 2022 we had a tub replaced with a shower because i am disabled and my wife has slipped and fell twice and i have slipped to. The shower floor is not draining rite and ******** in the center we have called numerous times and get the run around and there is a year warranty and i think they dragging their feet hoping we give up!!
Delivery Issues We did not purchase these windows and the company will not come back and get them. Windows were purchased by former homeowner ***********************. They were delivered and company is refusing to pick them up and saying they will be charged to the property.From my documents you can see *********************** does not own this property and we are not going to pay for windows we did not order.

Problems with Product/Service In April 22 DaBella quoted me for 24 Energy Efficient Windows. Windows were to match my back door Wood interior/metal exterior. The sales reps ***** ****** promised me they could match the door exact! In Sept. the windows arrived only to be a ************ Faux wood grain interior and painted brown exterior, protruding sharp corner welds with glue inside of the windows seal, no insulation and a cheap plastic felt barrier. Problems with Product/Service We had ******* come do siding in our house in October 2022 We have reached out several times via email, phone calls to which we have not got a call back. When they were here they did not put any thing to catch the lead siding that they had been tearing off.
