Billing/Collection Issues I spoke with ******* after my installation because I was told we would get refunded for unused materials. This guy came to our house around 8:30PM to get a signature of completion. I was already in bed so my wife signed. I would not have signed until the refunds were applied.Anyway, I called and was told that once the materials get added, I would receive an updated invoice. I have yet to receive this invoice, refund check, or credit on my loan.
Guarantee/Warranty Issues The siding installers had to take all the outdoor electrical fixtures off the house to install new siding, but they do not replace those. I had to hire an outside electrician to re-install those, which I did. This was in January 2023. The out-of-pocket cost to me was $325.00 which DaBella said they would reimburse when I submitted the invoice. I did that several weeks ago, and have not received compensation to date. Problems with Product/Service I contacted DaBella to remove the bathtub and install a shower in an upstairs bathroom. A salesman came to the house on 12/8/2022.After discussing the type of shower, the salesman measured the space. We agreed on a price of $9,000 including taxes. Installation was on 2/2/2023.Before signing a contract and paying $3,000 down we questioned the salesman about the type of glass used for the shower doors as we did not want flimsy glass doors. Problems with Product/Service In July of 2022 I contracted with DaBella to reside my house with ****** Board. One of the requests was 2 windows on the south side of the house be removed and sided over, as the interior remolding had sided over so the windows were no longer valid. In August a crew came out and tore off all of the siding and installed plywood for the ****** board to be applied. Problems with Product/Service We meet with a DaBellas sales rep **** as we wanted new updated windows that where safer windows for our upstairs as I was worried they werent safe in case of an emergency as they sat. **** our sales rep sold us on windows that slid open but also popped out to open fully and would allow us more room for us to get out and first responders to get in. Problems with Product/Service 3/15 - Sales rep enters through the side door in the back of the house, not using front door. Problems with Product/Service Dabella charging $620 for a window kit that wasnt needed while installing a shower by Dabella. No response for several calls.
Delivery Issues In September 2022 I signed paperwork for Dabella to install 4 windows at my rental property at ************************************************************************. I received a phone call on December 13th, 2022 notifying me that my windows were ready for installation which then began in late December. Problems with Product/Service I signed a contract with DaBella back in 2016 to do a bath remodelling (it was called Rev ******** at the time) which they promised with lifetime warranty. In January 2023, I discovered that there are cracks around the drain of the bath tub, so I started to call them to file a claim.
