Problems with Product/Service I ordered replacement siding and three windows from DaBella on January 29, 2021. At that time, I made a deposit of $3794 for the siding and $3795 for the windows, for a total of $7589. The estimated completion dates were March 22 and April 2, 2021 for siding and windows, respectively. Problems with Product/Service On November 17, 2020 my husband and I purchased windows through ****** *** at DaBella. The amount we was quoted was $24,210. This included 12 windows and 6 line and casings. When the windows were installed, they stated they did not need to do all of the line and casings. They only replaced 3/4 of 1 and told us to get ahold of our representative for the remaining 6 1/4. Problems with Product/Service It started approx. the 4th of October , a door to door sales man came to our house, offering a free roofing estimate. He took pics in the attic and told us how it would beneficial to remove the black mildew for our health .He said he would get us a deal on left over roofing materials, so it would be cheaper. Problems with Product/Service This company is horrible, I have been reaching out trying to get our roof finished and solar panels up for more than a month now. Problems with Product/Service Roof was replaced in late September/early October. Now noticed that gas heater vent pipe is hanging in the house (not vented) and discovered the seal around plumbing vent was not sealed so experiencing moisture and mold in our attic. Delivery Issues I contracted to replace 11 windows in my home w/DaBella 3/18 and gave the salesman a $1,000 deposit. Was told a laser measure would be done ‘within a day or two’, and my wife called 2 weeks later as no one had contacted us to schedule. Billing/Collection Issues My initial contact was with a representative named Tristan ( document he supplied as "Roofing Project Review" and Roof Project Solution.") He spoke for several hours and I advised him the price for services was too high. He kept contacting a manager and lowering the price. The final price was circled on the top left ($26,224). Problems with Product/Service Made deposit and signed up for new roof October 19, 2020. Were told six weeks, possibly two months til service. Since mid December each time we have contacted them we have been told "Two weeks." Materials have been siting next to the city street for six weeks, as the builders were supposed to show shortly after. No movement from the company. Have made contact several times to no avail. Were the materials not on site, it'd look a lot like defrauding the elderly.
Delivery Issues In January, I used HomeAdvisor to look for a contractor to install a bathtub. DaBella sent a high pressure salesman who told me that they could do the job by the end of February, and got me to sign a contract and pay a large deposit.
