Problems with Product/Service On 4/16/21 we signed a contract to replace our bathtub/shower. They "Anticipated beginning of repairs: 6/28/21" and "Anticipated conclusion of repairs: 7/12/21." Problems with Product/Service On March 31,2021, ******* **********, a representative of DaBella Roofing, came to my house to evaluate and give me a quote to replace my roof. After five hours, he basically wore me down and I signed a contract, writing a check for $2500.00, which was cashed on April 13, 2021. ******* said that DaBella is the only contractor in the area rated as Master Elite by GAF. Problems with Product/Service on May 15th I purchased a convert from tub to shower from DaBella for over $8000 with an install date according to the contract of possibly beginning in about 6 weeks.and completion in 1 day. According to the company the tub ensemble was already in the warehouse as someone else didn't want it. Problems with Product/Service 1. Time told to me to complete project was weeks not Months-- Repairs needed before selling house. 2. Custom tub installed CRACKED- told it would be replaced, then local manager offered $1,000 if I overlooked the crack. Upon asking multiple times for $1,000 back, my requests were ignored... Advertising/Sales Issues On April 20, 2001 we signed a contract for DaBella to put a roof on our cabin. At that time, we paid $3,764.25 - 25% of the final cost quoted to us of $15,157.00. The roof was installed on May 20, 2021. We were notified by the installers that our check was for $100.00 over the actual cost. We were told we would get a refund. Problems with Product/Service A gentleman knocked on my door earlier this month and told me they could send somebody to give me a roof inspection and give me a quote. I said OK and the next day two men came and looked at my roof and sat down with me and had a contract for me to sign. I was not going to sign it until they said that since they came into my home there is a law that says I can cancel in three days. Problems with Product/Service On 1-27-21, your representative ***** came to our home to give a roofing estimate. He got on the roof, made his inspection. When he was exiting the roof, his ladder slid out from under him and drug down the rain gutter and the siding, and hit my deck. Advertising/Sales Issues When we met with the sale rep, he assured us we were able to order two double hung windows for our bathrooms. The order was hand written on a quote provided by the sale rep. When we inquired as to any difference in pricing the sales man said, "You're in luck, double hung windows are the same price as the standard window because they are the same size." Problems with Product/Service We had the daBella install a roof for us during the installation they caused damage to our chimney. When they reinstalled the heat shielding for the chimney they put it on backwards and then tried forcing the chimney pipe back on causing damage to the chimney. We had our fireplace cleaned realize the damage they had caused. We have been told if we use our fireplace now that our house will catch on fire . we've tried to resolve this with the company and keep getting put off repeatedly
