Problems with Product/Service FOR MONTHS I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET HELP ON SOLVING THE PROBLEM WITH THIS COMPANY. SEPTEMBER THE 15TH 2020, I HAD A REPRSENTATIVE COME AND OVER PRICED ME, LIED, AND RIPPED ME OFF OF $4000.00. AFTER CANCELING THE ORDER TO HAVE A WALK IN SHOWER INSTALLED, THE COMPANY REFUSED TO REFUND ME BACK THE MONEY I HAVE GIVEN THEM AS DOWN PAYMENT. THEIR MATERIAL WAS DUMPED IN FRONT OF MY DOOR AND IT IS STILL THERE. TO THIS DAY I AM OUT $4000.00 AND NO WALK IN SHOWER INSTALLED...
Problems with Product/Service Zero communication line. When they need something from me they are more than willing to talk. Otherwise all provided phone numbers ring off the hook and when you talk to the local office you will speak to someone who may or may not be a manager. Problems with Product/Service We were sold an open box model and when it came time for the install dabella cancelled due to the "wrong tub being delivered and would take a couple more weeks but the next day they had another of the "same one". We were sold on a 32" tub but a 30" was installed. Told that there wouldn't be room for a 32" but the installer added a 2x2 stud on the existing wall to bring the tub out to the current location. Problems with Product/Service We have had numerous problems with DaBella. When they sold us siding in August of 2019 the said the latest we would have our product installed was 8 weeks. We didn't get our siding installed until January 2020. They didn't communicate with us to let us know why the siding was delayed. We tried reaching out to our sales agent without success. Problems with Product/Service On Feb 18 a dabella rep Ronan came to our house after a free estimate for windows was offered on the 17th. We applied for financing and we’re told he’d come Tuesday.He was nice and insisted on a good review for his manager. We did not hear back and he did not show up on the 23 as scheduled we called and no answer and so we tried to cancel all together. Problems with Product/Service In the summer of 2020, we had Dabella do a tub/shower installation. Over the course of the fall and winter months, we noticed black mold coming through the linoleum where the the installation met the floor. Since the salesman said, if we find anything wrong, they will always make it right, we called customer service. This was early January. Advertising/Sales Issues The sales person that worked for DaBella and sold me the windows failed to explain that there was an actual difference in the way the window looked and functioned. When he demonstrated the window to me that he brought I was impressed and told him I definitely wanted that window. I took the time to give him the history of why I wanted the exact window he was showing me.
