Loved the attention to quality products but fair In pricing materials
There were some hiccups with customer service but once the general manager was made aware of them, he did his best to resolve the issues. The windows are great! We have noticed a huge difference in the amount of dust in the house, and noise reduction.

The sales representative, Mr. Newman, was extremely knowledgeable of the product and very helpful in answering questions and did not push items I was not interested in.. I also receive calls to keep me updated on the progress of my order.

I called them and set up an appointment for the next day at 10 am. RYAN showed up promptly at 10 am. He took a look at my roof and took pictures and made some notes. Then he came inside and discussed his products,the roofing system is unlike any other I had seen in that it included a ventilation system built into the roof. He showed us the roofing products and choices and even offered a veteran discount. Great people, from salesman to guy who measure & the installers!! VERY Pleased !!
Dabella actually did NO work on the roof. They sub contracted the job to Sky Roofing. Sky did great, but I'm sure I could have got the job done for a LOT less if I would have gone directly to Sky Roofing.I kind of feel like I got ripped off. My roof looks great and Sky cleaned everything up, but Dabella only acted as a broker, which cost me more than I needed to spend. Very disappointing...
