Do not let this company do and estimate at your home. The day a rep came home stayed longer than I expected and started calling his boss and insistingI should do business with them by giving me a lower price. The manipulation tactics and persistence turned into an uncomfortable interaction. Even though I told him I had to prepare for a work meeting, the dude didn't wanted to leave and kept calling the boss for permission to offer me a deferrals and lower prices. two reps came by my house yesterday talking about free estimates to be done today. two different reps came over and overstayed their welcome by over 2.5 hours (total of three hours). The lying to potential customers and manipulation tactics to try to guilt people into "not wasting their time" is despicable. If the reps that came over to my house today were so concerned about "someone else's roof," then maybe they shouldn't have stayed and harassed my roommates for three hours.

This company takes your money and doesn't return your calls. Then once you cancel they wanna show up 5mos later to harrass and threaten you. I asked them to leave several times even threatened to call the police if they wouldn't leave and they laughed at me and said what are the police going to do?! This company is horrible at everything they do and their customer service is even worse! Their so-called general manager is a complete joke and will not help you in any way shape or form. avoid this place at all costs!!!

I want to share my negative experience about DaBella. Your company destroyed my home. Look at the photos of your horrible work! My home is no longer a home! You came to my house and sweet talked us and when we need you you’re no where to be found. Take our money and leave us with a $40k disaster and a flooded basement that has $20k worth of damage.
