Just another scam storm chaser outfit. My City requires door to door sales to have a permit. Solicitors are required to show it at the door. Guy in DaBella van did not have one, and claimed he did. If they can not follow the rules before the sale I have zero faith they will follow the rules in doing the job. I would expect cut corners, inflated prices, substandard work, and a company that is judgement proof when you try to sue them.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We had windows installed in March of 2022. There were multiple issues, including a window that was installed in the wrong room and another window broken in transport. We've been given the run around multiple times on a laundry list of follow up issues that still haven't been addressed over 2 years later. Door to door salesperson dumped a plastic bottle full of urine under my neighbor's shrubs and then drove away.
Was told it was a simple a cancelation within 3 days. Getting the run around with the customer support. Also the customer support number on their website is not customer support it is their scheduling team which they have to transfer you to customer service. Now they can't confirm my cancelation cause I have to speak with someone else that isn't available. This is the worst cancelation process I have experienced.
Can’t be bothered to keep appointments or notify people they aren’t coming. What a huge waste of time.
I had an appointment and canceled because I decided to go with someone else. They will not stop calling me. I've blocked their number, but still get notified when they call. enough is enough.
Connor W was nice enough to not only pretty much throw there door hangers down the streets(3rd I have picked up around my yard) but also when you don’t answer after the first knock because you worked a NOC they knock A LOT MORE!!!!!! 0/10 for a company that is this careless for litter as well as screaming their personal drama in peoples yards and all around poor representation.
