Sales representative ****** ******** was very helpful in my appointment on 7/28. She was excellent and I would gladly work with her again, although price negotiations felt a bit like a time share presentation and were up and down. Dabella came to my dad's house to quote him on windows and my husband and I happened to be there. **** and ******* were amazing at talking him through everything and helped him understand the whole process. We decided to have them come quote us for windows as well and despite it being a drive they were more than willing to. They never once pushed us into signing anything simply giving us the information and letting us choose. We are more than thrilled to be having our single pane windows replaced and able to open again!
