The two salesmen who came were very friendly. I did share my financial situation with the person on the phone and they told me that was not an issue, but it clearly became an issue when I mentioned it to the sales person that I could not finance due to current bankruptcy proceedings and would only be interested in a quote and buying one window at a time with cash when I came up with it. After a huge windstorm blew some shingles off our roof, my wife and I realized the condition of our roof was poor and needed to be replaced. Patrick has been great to work with. Although we still have the siding project ahead of us, the sales part of the process has been great. Patrick was very thorough and went through each step of the process. He spent extra time answering our questions about the installation, siding product, and crew. He went through each section of the contract so we could ask questions so there were no surprises(Very rare to have this detail). He set the right expectations and I feel we know when and how the project is going to proceed.
