The two salesmen who came were very friendly. I did share my financial situation with the person on the phone and they told me that was not an issue, but it clearly became an issue when I mentioned it to the sales person that I could not finance due to current bankruptcy proceedings and would only be interested in a quote and buying one window at a time with cash when I came up with it. I think the person scheduling should have let me know that i would need to make my purchase during that first visit to get the special disco... read more

After a huge windstorm blew some shingles off our roof, my wife and I realized the condition of our roof was poor and needed to be replaced. Patrick has been great to work with. Although we still have the siding project ahead of us, the sales part of the process has been great. Patrick was very thorough and went through each step of the process. He spent extra time answering our questions about the installation, siding product, and crew. He went through each section of the contract so we could ask questions so there were no surprises(Very rare to have this detail). He set the right expectations and I feel we know when and how the project is going to proceed.

Emilee was just here and presented a design for my bathrooms. I found her to be extremely helpful in making decisions for designing my spaces. She was very knowledgeable about the company, the products and the procedures that go from start to finish. She has graciously accepted my plan to hold off my decision until spring, but her demeanor has made me definitely decide to proceed with the proposed plan in the spring.
