Just wanted to check in and tell all about the wonderful sales presentation I received from Joel and Mateo from the Kent WA location. I was in need of some shower work and welcomed Mateo and Joel to show me what they had to offer. The presentation was excellent with pretty amazing products. I have already purchased a couple windows, gutters and 2 exterior doors, but was looking for a shower replacement in my "TINY" bath. We had a first meeting and an estimate with a very charming representative - Joel. We don't respond to pressure sales, and he put no pressure on us to make a quick decision or talk about other products. We will probably go with this company because of this.

Never hire DaBella to do any work on your house. We had a new roof put on in 2018, it was installed it wrong and has been leaking for years. We have contacted them multiple times aboutbthis problem. They only decided to do something about it when I showed them a video of water coming in through the roof onto my floor, creating a puddle on the floor. My floor is now bubbling up and has black mold on it. In addition to that, when feeling my wet ceiling, my pinky finger put a dent in the ceiling it was so wet and damaged. Unfor... read more

The sale man does everything to sell it to you, tell you to give them 5 star in trade of some discount. Then you wait forever, 2-3 months later then they start. A year later... Couple days out of warranty and they refused to fix the problem - mold grow under silicone in bath area. Paid $15k to change the bathtub to stand up shower. Not happy.

So we got an estimate today to get our windows and gutters done, Jack and Riley came to discuss everything. So it started off super well and super friendly but towards the end Riley kept pushing my mom to continue the purchase after my parents kept telling her we have to talk about it, we sat here for 2 hours trying to tell her that we gotta think about it and she was pushing and pushing to the point at the end she basically said have a great day and walked out! Unethical sales tactics coupled with a 500% markup. Have had two bids from them in the last few years - one for windows (their “let me talk to my boss omg we NEVER do this” price was 75k, a job which we ultimately paid another contractor 12k for with the exact same windows and warranties) and one for siding (38k for a partial install *but hey it’s 0% financing for two years if you sign right now* while the same job with the exact same materials and warranties is 6k with every other licensed and bonded contractor that bid the... read more
