The staff was very friendly and professional, but it felt like there were too many people contacting me requesting different info all through the process. Streamline it so when info is requested it is all that's needed and have just one Davfaceor two faces for the company and others doing their work in the background. When I closed on a house in Idaho 4 years ago, they requested info just one time and didn't need any more through closing.
