I've heard many people complain about their lender asking for many updated documents last minute. With Dale everything went very smooth. No last minute documents to fill out, great communication. Even when the funding from the sale of my old house was postponed a day, Dale was able to work with my Agent and handle everything on the back end without any issues. It was almost too smooth.......

I had to keep checking in about documents and it seemed like I never got the information that was needed. If I hadn't been driving the process, I wonder if we would have closed. I floated my rate and Dale said he would keep me updated, but I did not get updates on the rates. I'm not convinced I got the best rate. When it came to closing it was like pulling teeth to get information about the wire and the title company. The web site failed during my application never showed accurate status of the refinance. At several times I was not updated by the staff of what was going on. Once I received an unexpected call from a 3rd party. For my security, I refused to give personal information. It was a valid call, caused delays, and should have been handed better. Three times I presented and mentioned a coupon from my HOA by PRMI, offering 1 year paid HOA dues. It still has not been addressed.

While our loan took 2 months and we had to update docs repeatedly, our balances were not updated for payoffs and all were overpaid. Just took too long from lock to signing.
