Dale and Brittany were ok. Brittany handled our case and she kept in contact with us very well. The underwriters were horrible! Asking for the same information several times and then not updating our payoffs when we closed! Now all of our payoffs are way overpaid. The overall process took way long but maybe that is industry standard? We are just glad it’s finally done and over.

Dale is knowledgeable and great, but I was let down by time management on his side and lack of communication from his team. Sucked being told, after work hours, “please get X done by the end of the day!” esp when that took me working with insurance etc. An example of how much I felt like your team paid attention: I asked a question last week that mattered for closing. I closed this Monday. Got an email on Tuesday or Wednesday asking if my question was answered. DUH! My bro felt the same w his.

The communication during this process made us feel like we were not a priority to the team. Documentation had to be sent in repeatedly, although we had already sent in what was asked of us, and we ended up doing our own follow up with our employers on employment verification.

We loved working with your team when we bought our house, but its refinance didn't go as smoothly. We didn't hear fom anyone after the initial contact period for 2-3 weeks, then some of the documentaion requested was repeated. The documentation was never quite enough, and after the closing was scheduled information was requested on our son's car loan was requested even though we had already submitted all of the paperwork. Things simply didn't go as seamlessly or as quickly this time around.
