A few things that bothered us was: 1. We said we already had a insurance agent, but my information was given out anyway to another agent who then called me on my cell phone. I never agreed to have that information given out. 2. Too much multiple requirements. Don't ask me to find all my previous tax stuff from prior years to then only make me call the IRS to once again get that information and send it to you. 3. We felt had we not asked about the Ernest money it would have processes however
