The staff go above and beyond what is expected, make me feel important and always ensure I have everything I need before I leave.
I stay confused about the different procedures…what each does and how long it takes for the results. Also, I don't know what I can't do after each procedure. For example, what types of exercise can I do, can I swim in a chlorinated pool, what are the dangers of doing so, etc. I need things spelled out better for me…I need written instructions after every procedure. Thanks!
