the front staff were friendly and attentive. The Doctor was fantastic. The assisting male nurse was impersonal and seemed like he didnt want to be there.
Everyone is very helpful, professional, and caring. While every over 50 year old woman is looking for a way to look more youthful, you make everyone feel special and unique. I never feel like I am just being patronized, then handed a cream. Truly, a very caring staff!

Charlene is very knowledgeable in her line of work. She is personable and explains the steps she is going to take. She set my expectation level so I had no surprises. Everyone provided a good experience and I have recommended this office to many of my friends.
