When I called in to make an appointment for a mole and acne check I was told that due to my last appointment having been five years ago I would be considered a new patient. While that was somewhat annoying, I understood. I know at that time I expressed that I wanted to be seen for both mole check and acne treatment because I have been meaning to do both of these things for a very long time. I was really disappointed. I suffer from really bad acne and came in desperate for help. Although I was advised not to go through with the hydro facial in fear of spreading acne, I was treated for 10 minutes with a vacuum and paid $75. I inquired if there was ANYTHING else that might help, including laser, LED, or other treatments and I was told that I just needed to wait until my spironolactone kicked in. Not sure what I paid $75. I feel very cheated.

I made an appointment to have a hydrafacial followed by an appointment with a doctor. My facial was scheduled for 1:00pm, I arrived at 12:40 to an empty waiting room. Sat there until 1:20 when I was called back to see the doctor. When I said I was supposed to have had a facial first there seemed to have been some confusion and I was told "oh that Is down the hall, would you like to reschedule". I am so tired of being treated poorly by this office. I have been coming here for over 10 years, and every time I feel nickel-and-dimed without getting hardly anything for it. The last time I was there, I was told a consultation for laser hair removal would be free, so I came in only to be charged $75 for "not being a new customer". I was not please with the overall experience. Having been my first time to the office, I needed medical advice on what to do for an area on my face. The PA walked in with a folder of treatment options for Fraxel and skin pin with pricing options. She hadn't even examined me yet and had already decided what the treatment was. I asked her if there were topical treatment options and was told nothing would really work like the Fraxel.
