Amazing new showroom, excellent staff and an unsurpassed floor buying experience!!
We bought wood floors from the Adairsville store back in October. We have been in contact with them numerous times about the crappy job done by the installer. Our floors are loose, the stair treads have come off where they GLUED them down, one board is broken. They were scheduled to come out on a Saturday and had to cancel bc the guy had to go to a church event. Horrible Company that doesn’t stand behind their product - we bought flooring for our new house and within a month of moving in they were splintering everywhere. Filed a claim and it was denied and they refuse to do anything! Don’t buy anything from this company!

Armstrong is the manufacturer of the flooring you purchased, not DWF True Hardwoods. DWF only sold you the flooring. If you have an issue with the flooring, our obligation is to file a claim with the manufacturer on your behalf, as we did. Armstrong denied your claim stating "installation and/or site related causes". This means that either errors were made by the installer or abuse occurred after installation. They tried to RIP me off for an additional 20 yards of carpet. I used to be in the flooring business. When they came to measure I did the floorplan with the measure but and we came up with a number of 162.66 yards. When they sent the estimate is over 183 yards. RIPOFF ARTISTS!!! STAY AWAY!!!!

My experience with this company was such a disappointment. There were too many failures on their part to go into detail. A project that was supposed to be completed in one day was finally completed correctly in 4 months because they kept sending people out who were incompetent. On 4 different occasions I called asking to speak to the owner to get some resolution and he never bothered to call me back. I even left a voice mail directly to him. Spent nearly an hour in the showroom attempting to choose flooring for our 6,000+ sq ft house. Salesperson seemed disinterested. Left us twice to take/make calls. The second time he left, we waited a considerable time before we left. The other employees didn't offer to help us or even offer take our information. Shop elsewhere if you value your time.
