DO NOT GO HERE FOR YOUR FLOORS! It has been nothing but a comedy of errors and a long nightmare for the last 5 weeks. After spending almost $10,000 one would think they would care. NOT! So many mistakes I can't begin to list them all. They don't communicate with each other, they don't communicate with the customer, and they don't follow through on what they say. I had my floors installed the end of July 2016. I was told the job would take two days in ended up taking four days. I had several issues with the installation at the time now that the vinyl has settled in ,I see numerous nail heads and the joints in the sub floor were not leveled out so now they are showing up as well. Also the gaps between the door trim and the floor looks terrible. My wall was damaged and I ended up repairing it because I could stand looking at it any more. Buyers beware! I have a partially installed floor and a salesman not calling me back. His name is Ty and I have emailed and called. Receptionist keeps promising that he will call me back. Over $5k in flooring and problems with the measure, materials, install and now no communication. A total mess!!!
Did not do what they had promised for Michele Hester's family.

Not true. We went above and beyond for that customer. She had installers that were taking advantage of her and she tried to pass the blame. We had the manufacturer inspect the floor within 24 hours and the floor was found to within industry standards. We still offered her more material and were willing to try more to make her happy until she spread bad reviews and false statements abut us within 3 days of the claim.
Avoidance and blaming the installers are the way these people deal with problems. Purchased hardwood floor two weeks ago. Was assured that it was first quality hardwood flooring. After letting the wood acclimate, installers started working on the install. Installers ran into consistency problems with boards varying in width - off by 16th of inch and with ends of boards not being square, so that they didn’t butt up against each other properly, leaving gaps in the boards. I'm sure your ok to bash someone on different social platforms within just a few days of a complaint filed that is not even a valid complaint.
