Mr. Ferguson is extremely knowledgeable in all areas in finance. I worked with Damon regarding a mortgage for my new home. Being totally "green" to financing a home on my own, Damon took his time explaining the process as well as giving me a number of scenarios to consider. His professionalism and knowledge of the business were first rate, and I can't say enough about his patience in working with me. While I ultimately has to go with another agency for financing for other reasons, I highly recommend Damon for any mortgage needs and would go back to him without hesitation.
