Damon is really wonderful and know what exactly he is doing and very knowledgeable about his business and he is always following up with you and try to make sure you understand the process ,he is been a great support for me through the process to be able to make the right decision of getting my first home and i cant thank him enough and i will always be great-ful to him.Thank you Damon i really appreciate all the support you have given to me.

I recently went through the loan process with Damon Ferguson as a referral from a new construction community as one of the best mortgage bankers they had. I did not go through with the new construction, but I found an existing house instead. I called Damon to see if he could still help me and that is where the exceptional service started. I was a first time home buyer and very timid to begin the process of purchasing my home. Damon was very helpful and answered the thousand questions I had with ease. He was available for me to speak with directly even when I had to call back to back a couple times. He was very patient and took his time making sure I understood everything throughout the process.
