Damon was very knowledgeable and provided the utmost customer service. This process can be very nerve wrecking for a first time homebuyer but he took care of me and was available whenever I had questions throughout the process and beyond.

Damon was very responsive but I struggled getting timely responses from other team members. I wasn't receiving responses during critical times. Also, documents that should have been squires early were request the week before closing.

Mr Ferguson is very detailed and knowledgeable about loans and the process it takes to buy a home. He was available to answer my questions night and day.
