As a first time buyer, purchasing a home can be overwhelming. Overall this was a smooth process and yes there were some minor issues, however this was beyond the control of the lender. I would recommend Mr. Damon Gerguson of Van Dyk Mortgage Corp to any future buyer.
Damon was extremely friendly from the onset. His vast knowledge was extremely helpful thru out the entire process. His willingness to get the job done was impressive.
I met Damon through a good friend of mine. Damon did a great job with getting my Rental Property refinanced. He was even able to get me a lower rate than other lenders I had been looking at. The closing was scheduled and closed on time. His assistants were great to work with as well.
