We have all heard horror stories of how daunting the home buying process can be. Not this time! It was an absolute pleasure to work with Damon on purchasing my first home. Mr. Ferguson was extremely helpful in assisting with the loan process. He's very polite, professional and knowledgeable. He explained each document and how it would apply to me. He eased the stress I was under during the process. Mr. Ferguson did communicate with me about three times a week to give an update on the loan status. I'm so thankful for his time. With the loan being a success I now have money to save.

I had a wonderful experience with Damon Ferguson and his team. They were all very attentive. They made sure I got all my documents in in a timely fashion. They were always prompt in addressing any issues that arose. All of their hard work and patience lead to a successful closing . Damon and his assistant Jessica made this process easy, buying a home can be a little stressful. Hit a few snags but overall Damon exceeded my expectations! He told me I could trust him. I closed on my first home I'm so excited.
