I recently went through the loan process with Damon Ferguson as a referral from a new construction community as one of the best mortgage bankers they had. I was a first time home buyer and very timid to begin the process of purchasing my home. Damon was very helpful and answered the thousand questions I had with ease. He was available for me to speak with directly even when I had to call back to back a couple times. He was very patient and took his time making sure I understood everything throughout the process.
