During relocation from Canada back to U.S., was in need of mortgage financing for home purchase. Additionally, I was interested in obtaining a prequalification letter to expedite shopping process. Dan was referred to me by a mutual contact. The process, although arduous from a documentation requirements perspective, was executed flawlessly. Dan and team were in competition for my business with another lender (large commercial bank). Selection was easy. I would highly recommend and use Dan amd team in the future.

I really enjoyed working with Dan and would strongly recommend him! I worked with him and his team to get a mortgage for a condo. They were very professional, responsive, friendly and knowledgeable and really helped me understand the process. They were flexible with dates when they changed a couple of times and made things work. Much of the process is automated on their website (which is really nice) and they were also available real time to answer my questions and give me insight when I needed it.

Dan and his team helped us refinance twice. A few years ago we had an ARM ready to expire. He worked with us to find the beat rate and did a lot of work to keep our fees very low. A few months ago, he reached out to alert us to the fact that rates dropped significantly and he identified us as being able to save with a new mortgage. His team is professional, efficient, and friendly. I highly recommend Dan and his team at Guaranteed Rate.
