Most of the process was completed over email, majority of the time, phone call or a face to face would more appreciated. Every one was very when I was speaking to them over the phone but for me a face to face sit down explaining the mortgage payment and process would have been better as a first time homebuyer.

We paid extra fees for expedited appraisal that was not needed. Was also told that we would be reimbursed for a portion of these costs. Didn’t happen. Also, I must have talked to at least 5 different people of your firm during this process. Don’t get it.

I have closed on 5 homes in my life, 3 of them jumbo loans. This was the least efficient, and had the worst communication I have experienced.

Have everything ready on time, not tell me as the client 4+ prices I need to pay for a down payment, not mess up the appraisal. Present more communication.
