Knowledgeable, detailed and very helpful! When deciding what would be the best options while considering a refinance Dan took the time to talk us through the different scenarios. I didn't feel like we were taking up too much of his time etc..he just wanted to be sure we understood our options and that we were making the best choice for our situation.
