Coming with a very complicated bag of situations, Dan was thorough, honest and most respectful. I wasn't sure if I was in a position to buy a home but Dan researched all avenues and guided me into being able to enjoy home ownership! Without reservation, I would recommend Dan Rogers to anyone looking for a home loan.

Multiple times, Dan would give me a call to answer my questions even after working hours. He was very helpful throughout the process and even stopped by our close to congratulate us!! As a first time home buyer, I was clueless regarding the mortgage application process. Thankfully, I had Dan on my side! He was always honest and upfront with me, and responded to any email or phone call immediately, even if he was in the middle of something. At no point was I not aware of what was going on, and I always felt like I was being treated fairly and well. I hope to not have to get a mortgage again for many years, but if I do, I will be going straight back to Dan.

The process of buying a house can be confusing and frustrating sometimes. Dan made the process smooth and painless. He even made it possible to close a week earlier than we expected!
When other lenders told us this can't be done.... Dan found us a lender !!! What a smooth and easy process. I was able to upload and complete all documents on line. If I had any questions Dan would always answer his phone.
