We had a few issues in the beginning but the loan processed turned out to positive in the end. I did feel that communication was not as often as I would have liked, but then again I’m not extremely familiar with the loan process and what is normal. Overall though I was pleased with the outcome and Mutual of Omaha did a great job resolving any issues that arose.

I think when filling out this survey, most homeowners who just closed are simply happy about the fact that they became homeowners. Mutual has a good web tool that made this process easy for me, especially because I am a first time home buyer in the US. Communication with Daniel was also good. I think it would have been best if we did not have to rush last minute for final disclosure documents because Melissa went on holidays the day my attorney was supposed to receive the final documents.
