I can't speak highly enough of Daniel and his team. From introductory meeting all the way up until closing, everyone was highly organized, professional, and always available (and I do mean always) to answer any question I had. Daniel was always available on a moments notice to run numbers. Not only that, but they got me a more competitive rate than my regular bank was able to offer. During the loan process, the expectations were clear about what was needed, and the online system made it super easy to upload.

I've dealt with 6 lenders over the last 10 years in 2 different states and Daniel Schneider is THE BEST! He and his whole crew were professional, proactive, punctual and persistent in getting me the best rate with the least amount of headaches for me. LOVE this guy and will definitely be using Daniel again.

Daniel Schneider of Certainty Loans was amazing to work with! The process was seamless from start to finish. He explained everything with great detail, making sure we understood and were comfortable with it all. He called weekly with any updates or just to let us know everything was moving along as scheduled. We would definitely work with Daniel again on any future endeavors!
