I could not have asked for a better experience. After working with one of national lenders and experiencing miscommunications and repeated delays, Daniel and his team came to the rescue. Not only were they able to get everything done in a short time frame, but they were extremely communicative on requirements, potential pitfalls and how we could anticipate and overcome any challenges to closing on time. I owe my family's new home to Daniel and his team, and I would absolutely recommend them.

Certainty home loans was very easy to deal with beginning to end. This was my first time purchasing a home and everyone warned me to brace myself for an long and frustrating experience. Well my experience was neither long or frustrating. I closed in under 30 days and everyone I dealt with, especially Daniel and Amy, was friendly and easy to deal with. The service was seamless. They answered all of my questions promptly and were forthcoming with updates on the status of my loan.
