Working with Danielle was always professional and extremely pleasant. When we had, what we felt like were, silly questions, she took the time to explain in a matter that made sense to the layman. Daniele literally made the difference in these buyer getting the house--we had multiple offers and she answered the phone and reassured me and the sellers and even promised a shortened loan contingency (and delivered it) which helped win out over a cash offer.
