I am a first time home buyer and needed a bit more guidance than the whole team gave me. Danielle was awesome and communicated very efficiently and quickly. There were times, though, when the rest of the team just expected me to know things that a first time homebuyer might not know. I was sometimes left waiting for a week with nothing to do and then, suddenly, expected to have things by the next morning.
