This is the 12th home my wife & I have purchased over the last 45 years, and one of the most difficult transactions. The sale was put on hold due to the sellers filing bankruptcy. Thanks to the persistence and diligence of Ms Hernandez and her staff, we were able to close on the house on schedule. Lenders like that are hard to find today.

Danielle was ALWAYS extremely professional AND personable in helping us secure our home. She introduced herself prior to our house hunting and throughout the process she answered all questions within a reasonable time. This escrow turned a bit more unusual than others but with her encouragement and continued support we are now settling into our new neighborhood.
