My situation to get a loan was complicated as I had just gotten divorced and there were some divorce stipulations that needed to be met. I was so anxious thinking I was not going to qualify for a loan to purchase the house from my ex, but Danielle was very knowledgeable and tried different ways to find a solution to my específic situation.
