I had a great experience with Danny Delgado's team at Guaranteed Rate. We got started quickly after our initial mortgage company had provided us an increase rate; Guaranteed Rate got everything in motion and had us approved within a day, and then we worked with the rest of the team to get everything completed in time for our requested close date.
