We just had another extremely smooth closing for our investment property in Florida! Even the realtor and the title company were impressed on how the entire team was on top of everything. We had a 30 day commitment to close and could have actually closed in 3 weeks! This is the second out-of-state closing we have had with Danny--and probably the 8th or 9th closing total. Wouldn't use anyone else!!
