We are first time homeowners and was surprised that the financing was actually the least stressful part of the whole process! From pre-approval to close, communication was always prompt, courteous and clear. Danny was lightning quick in responding to requests for updated pre-approvals. He and his team made us feel like we were in good hands all throughout the process. The sellers asked for a relatively quick close date. Our loan closed on time and we could not be more grateful!

Buying a home is extremely stressful. However, It didn't matter how many speed bumps we faced, Danny and his team pushed forward. Always in contact, he answered every question, and he made the home buy experience as painless as possible. Doing a VA loan was not easy and after some uncontrollable and unexpected curve balls, Danny and Brian went above and beyond to get all 29 properties VA approved in a very short time frame. Save yourself the gray hairs and do not look elsewhere and trust Danny and his team. I'm glad I did.

The rate that Danny and his team provided was much better than our other quote from a different lender. They gave us the option of two different mortgage rates, one of which came with a closing credit. This was very helpful. Danny and his team were easily accessible—Danny spoke to us a couple times while on his vacation in the Bahamas!
