Danny and the Guaranteed Rate team were excellent to work with on this. The approval process was very fast, even though we had to work through some difficult changes in federal regulations that occurred during our application period. I would definitely recommend Danny and his team to anyone with lots of questions (like me). We ended up getting the house that we wanted and knew exactly what was needed for closing, with no surprises. It was a great experience from beginning to end, and we plan to work with them in the future.
