Danny and his team at Guaranteed Rate were terrific throughout the home purchasing process. We applied for the loan on a Sunday morning and immediately received a call from Danny, and a pre-approval shortly thereafter! Danny and his team made my first-time home buying experience very smooth. I was surprised at how consistent and reliable the communication was. I had many questions, often not knowing who to send them to, and Danny's team was always helpful, either with the answer, or direction on where to address my questions. As a first-time home buyer, Danny and everyone at Guaranteed Rate was incredibly helpful. They answered all of our questions in a very timely manner. They made sure we got all the important documents and understood what everything meant. They helped make the whole process of buying a home go very smoothly (as smooth as can be expected when buying a home!)

I cannot emphasize enough how impressed I am with Danny and his team at GR. Not only are their products extremely competitive, but Danny's team has some of the BEST customer service I have experianced. They were on top of everthing: always fast with processing documents, always amazing quick to respond, and very knowladgable. Not only was I impressed, but so was my agent, the sellers agent, and both sides lawyers. Danny, please keep up the good work as I hope others can continue to have the same excellent experiance I did.
