Danny is great to work with- he explained our options in great detail, and was very responsive when we asked questions via email and phone. We needed quick turnaround on a document, and he was able to get it to us on New Years Day- he was willing to help out on a holiday when most others weren't working! We would highly recommend him to family and friends.

Even when during holiday hours he called me to find out if I could sign papers so update items that would ultimately get me an even better deal that he had already gotten me! I was out of town and he was somehow able to get around it so I could get it anyway. Dan goes above and beyond the call of duty. We did a major renovation on our home right before the housing crisis. We attempted to refinance our mortgage several times but was not able to get it done due to decreased value and lack of comps in the area. Danny was great to work with. I had a lot of questions about the process and how the final numbers were calculated. He took his time to make sure I understood everything. His estimate of my new monthly payment was spot on. From start to finish the process took approximately 3 weeks. My loan amount was "too small" for the big banks to want to work with me. Very pleased with Danny and his team.
