We opened and closed a loan within 25 days with Danny and his team. In particular, Tracy and Kristy were extremely diligent to make this loan happen. There is a local feel to Danny's office, as opposed to an out-of-state lender. We never had to wait on them to do anything. It was a great experience, and there were no hidden fees or false promises.
