Danny was able to get our loan completed in a real short time and then 2 years later lower our rate. On our original loan for our house purchase, we were in a bind because our original loan company came to us late saying they couldn't get it finished in the time provided. Danny Delgado and the entire Guaranteed Rate team went above and beyond to get me into my house. There were so many issues with the sellers mortgage company that resulted in having 4 closings cancelled before the 5th finally stuck and Guaranteed Rate stayed with me and helped every step of the way.
