We did a double real estate deal on both a purchase and a refi. Darren was able to offer highly competitive rates. We moved from North Carolina and working with Darren long distance was so easy. We were able to electronically sign all our documents prior to closing which made things so easy. As first time home buyers there were things we needed some clarification on and Darren was very easy to get a hold of and took the time to answer any questions we had. He was great to take the time to explain explain anything we did not understand. If we ever buy another home we will use Van Dyke Mortgage again.
