Since we were first time home buyers, we didn't know the procedure. So we did things out of order and put Daren behind at least a week behind schedule. He did two weeks worth of work in a matter of days. He was really good about keeping in contact with us about everything. Over all he is great to work with.
Daren and Lisa were very patient and answered every question I presented to them in a very polite and professional manner. They never lost their patients with me even after all the questions and calls I placed to them. They made me feel like they were really trying to get things done on my behalf.
