Dave was fantastic from start to finish. As a first time buyer, he helped navigate the entire process from pre-approval thru underwriting and the close of escrow. He was literally available 24/7 with any question or need, and was always very transparent with where we stood. Dave is now a friend of the family and we'd recommend him 10 times out of 10.

Greatest Of All Time! Dave always make time to answer all questions and you will feel his sincerity to support what's best for you. There is no 9-5 or M-F he always make his self available when you need to offer. It wouldn't be possible for us to be a homeowner without Dave and his team. In just a few words to start, Dave Marano is awesome! I just completed my second purchase transaction with Dave. I highly recommend Dave Marano on your next purchase transaction. If you or someone you know is looking to close a jumbo loan on time and get a great rate, he’s your guy. He was super communicative and encouraged me to get the loan approved ahead of time, and im glad I did. Our offer got accepted the same day and we were able to close early without any contingencies. I’ve worked with other loan guys that don’t offer that service upfront and I think that made all the difference. Overall, a great experience.

Dave was, in short, awesome for my wife and my first home purchase. In a market that was extremely competitive (with homes often going for $75-$100k above asking) and other complications, he was able to be extremely flexible, offer us solutions to work the problems that arose and ultimately close the loan in just 20 days. And in the midst of problems during escrow was still able to make adjustments to our needs on the fly. Would recommend him to anyone in search of a home loan.
